Category E: Silicon Wafer Resistivity Test Pen

Everbright Solar's WaferPal resistivity test pen is designed to enable to the users to quickly and easily identify the silicon scrap material that's suitable for solar use based on the resistivity ranges. The pen makes a warning beep sound when the pen detects that the silicon material is below a certain level that the pen is designed to detect, after the 2-point probe pen is pressed against the bare surface of the test silicon material.

Here are the four models of the Waferpal resistivity test pen series:

1) Waferpal101 - Resistivity threshhold is 0.1 ohm/cm
2) Waferpal102 - Resistivity threshhold is 0.2 ohm/cm
3) Waferpal105 - Resistivity threshhold is 0.5 ohm/cm
4) Waferpal110 - Resistivity threshhold is 1.0 ohm/cm
