1)  DIY (Do It Yourself) Solar Panel Workshop

For those who would prefer to attend an instructor led class to learn how to make a solar panel, Everbright Solar has created a series of hands on classes. In this series of classes, learn how to make a solar panel from scratch, and you will understand the essentials of how a solar panel is put together! Knowledge at the component level really sets you apart from the rest. The solar panel manufacturing classes come in two levels, DIY Solar Panel Workshop 101 and Advanced DIY Solar Panel Manufacturing.

A) DIY Solar Panel Workshop 101

DIY Solar Panel Workshop 101 is for those who don't have any experience in solar or electricity, and are interested in learning more about solar power and how to make solar panels themselves. This is perfect for anyone who wants to make solar power themselves, making a career change into solar, or becoming a trainer to train other people. This part of Everbright Solar's train the trainer strategy. By the end of the one day class, students will come home with a full functioning small solar panel that they made hands on, gain confidence in understanding solar at the component level, and gain advantage in putting together a large system later on. B) Advanced DIY Solar Panel Manufacturing

In this Advanced DIY Solar Panel Manufacturing class, students will make a larger panel from scratch, following the industry standard solar panel manufacturing process. By the end of the class, the student will come away with a fully functional large solar panel that have all the components found in the professionally made solar panel. Details to come later.

2) Solar Cells and Wafers Laser Cutting Services

Using YAG laser cutters, in its Fremont facility, Everbright Solar can custom cut your solar cells and silicon wafers to different sizes per your specification. From big size to small, from round to square or from square to round or any irregular sizes and shapes, we can do them all.

3) Silicon Ingot Slicing Services

Everbright Solar Inc. provides solar ingot slicing service for mono-crystalline ingots that are 150 to 200 mm in diameter, producing pseudo square solar wafers that are 125x125, and 156x156 in sizes. You will provide us with either round or pseudo ingots, and Everbright Solar will square the ingots, grind the ingots, slice the ingots, wash the wafers, dry the wafers, screen the wafers, package, label and deliver the wafers to your specification. We will guarantee a certain yield rate and charge a service based on the total weight of ingots provided.
